Day 1: Delhi—Varanasi
Head to the airport where you’ll travel to the electric city of Varanasi. Meet your driver upon arrival and transfer to your hotel, where an expert guide will meet you in the afternoon for a tour of the holiest Buddhist site—Sarnath. Spend the day exploring this historic site before returning to your accommodation. Overnight: Varanasi.

Day 2: Varanasi (B) 
Unlock the mysteries of this remarkable city, which is a Mecca for Hindu pilgrims. Float along the sacred Ganges on a morning boat cruise. See the long stairway that lines the river and watch local practice yoga and worship before bathing in the waters to wash away sin. Enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore the city, where you’ll tour Bharat Mata temple, Hanuman Temple, the Old City Market, Vishwanath Temple and Banaras Hindu University. Overnight: Varanasi.

Day 3: Varanasi—Khajuraho (B) 
Catch a morning flight to Khajuraho. Your driver will meet you upon arrival and take you in comfort to the hotel. After getting settled, head out with your guide to learn about the erotic sculptures that decorate the Hindu and Jain temples of the city and make a stop at the Chandela Temples. Day 4: Khajuraho—Delhi (B)
For travel dates between May 1 and August 31: Enjoy breakfast before making the 3-hour journey to Jhansi. Khajuraho City Information - Khajuraho Temples


Khajuraho temples are declared World Heritage Sites. The intricate work on the sculptures and the stunning architecture are beyond description. The erotic cravings are incredible.
